1. Rögzítési hiba  -  Record error
Ha rögzítési hibát észlel (pl.: névelírás), bár a bejelentett adatközlése helyes volt, úgy elégséges akár e-mailben kérnie a megfelelő helyesbítést. If You detect a record error (e. g. clerical error), but data report has been correct, than it is sufficient to ask for correction in e-mail.

2. Adatmódosítás, adatfelvétel - Amendment of data, data recording
Amennyiben új adatot kíván bejelenteni, vagy a korábbi adata módosítását, törlését kéri, abban az esetben kérjük, hogy az adatváltozás bejelentő nyomtatványt szíveskedjen kitölteni, aláírni és eredeti példányban Pénztárunk levelezési címére (MKB Egészségpénztár, 1821 Budapest) megküldeni.

Notation of account balance

(1)  Adójóváírás - Tax credit - Tax credit transferred by Tax Authority according to the payments of private person and supporter (amount is credited without any deduction to the account)

(2)  Adóköteles kifizetett szolgáltatás - Taxable reimbursed services - In case of use of life development services, used services are subject to PIT. Please see FAQ for details!

(3) Adókedvezményre jogosító igénybevett prevenciós szolgáltatás -  Used preventive service with tax allowance - Services used according to special disposal, which entitles Fund Member to tax allowance. Please see FAQ for details!

(4)  Üdülési célra fordított összeg - Amount used for health care and convalescence  holiday services - Convalescence holidays and health care holidays can be accounted for up to a maximum of HUF 160 000 jointly per calendar year, in case of joint usage by several persons entitled to services up to a maximum of HUF 240 000 jointly per calendar year (Attention! From the 1^st of June 2007. recreational holiday is considered as taxable service, but may be accounted for without any limit in value.

(5)  Sporteszközvásárlásra fordított összeg - Amount used for purchase of sports equipment - Until the 31^st of May 2007 the service might be accounted for up 75 000 HUF and 113 000 HUF per calendar year. After the 1^st of July 2007, purchase of sports equipment is considered as life development (taxable) service, and is not indicated in this row! From 2008 no data is shown in this row.

(6)  Sportolásra fordított összeg -  Amount used for sport activity  - Reimbursement of sport activity services is limited in value, reimbursement is tax free up to the value of monthly minimum wage, 69 000 HUF in 2008 per person (for both Fund Member and persons entitled to services separately)

(7) Jogalap nélküli szolgáltatás-  Services used without legal basis - an entry occurring in case of payment with MKB Health Card. (In case of invoices paid in cash including services without legal basis are returned to Fund Member unsettled.).
When service use without legal basis is determined, then - according to effective regulations - Fund Member is liable for the payment of PIT and proportional healthcare contribution. You may find more information on services without legal basis here!

(9) Zárolt tétel -  Blocked entries - Blocked entry may be an entry because of health card use or an earmarked amount because of an invoice paid in cash.
